If you prefer to order by email, send your photo to be printed with a brief description of the size and other relevant details to .
We will then contact you to confirm your order. Proofs will be emailed to you for review before printing commences.

Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7
days after receiving the item ONLY IF the item is not opened. All shipping and handling
charges are NOT refundable. Ground shipping cost will be charged if you selected the "Free
Ground Shipping" option and decided to return the merchandise. Please allow up to 2 weeks to
process the refund.
Our staff guaranteed that all of our shipped items are tested to be in perfect condition.
Courier Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items must be EXCHANGED within 7 days from the
date you receive the items. We reserve the right to charge for reposting
returned bespoke
items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
All shipments are insured for full value of the order, please contact us immediately if the
merchandise is damaged on arrival. DO NOT contact the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx)
directly for damaged shipment.
You must contact us for Return Merchandise authorisation before returning any
merchandise(s). Any return without a prior authorisation will not be accepted. Any
unauthorized returns will be rejected.
You MUST complete and include an Refund Authorisation form (obtained by contacting us)
with all returns. Missing or incompleted Refund Authorisation form may substantially delay the
refund/exchange process.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for filling out the required information completely and accurately.
Extra care should be taken and very specific instructions listed when giving special
instructions. DesignerPrint is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect customer
instructions.
