If you prefer to order by email, send your photo to be printed with a brief description of the size and other relevant details to .
We will then contact you to confirm your order. Proofs will be emailed to you for review before printing commences.

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of
merchandise and credit verification by Canvas Centre Credit and Fraud Protection Department.
Most orders are shipped within 4 to 5 working days after receiving your order and payment. All
orders are shipped via Australia Post, DHL, TNT, or FedEx, and tracking information will be
emailed to you as soon as your product ships.
Framed Canvases:
Postage for framed canvases is calculated by taking into consideration the total cost of all
canvases in the order. To see how we calculate shipping our canvases to Australia see the
table below.

Rolled Canvases & Fineart Paper:
These are dispatched in postal tubes and have a charge of $5.00 per item, with a minimum
charge of $10 per order.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are shipped for free.
For deliveries within Australia where a combination of Canvases, Rolled Canvases/Fineart
Paper and Gift Vouchers are purchased in a single order, we only charge for the most
expensive postal cost (e.g. we would not charge the postage on one Rolled Canvas if one
standard Canvas is purchased).
No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every
effort will be made to contact you by phone or email.
If the delay is due to backorder, you will
receive notice. We will endeavor to fulfill all orders within 5 business days, however under
certain conditions beyond our control delivery times may be longer.
Shipping insurance will be included. Please contact us if you need an alternative shipping
method.
